An illustration is a decoration, interpretation or visual explanation of a text, concept or process, designed for integration in published media, such as posters, flyers, magazines, books, teaching materials, animations, video games and films.
Illustration comes in many shapes, sizes and forms. Generally a stock illustration will do the job, but if you are looking for something a bit more distinctive you would pick an illustrator based on their style of illustration.
I offer a slightly different approach to this and have many tried and tested techniques that I can adapt to fit the requirements of the task in hand, so whether it’s a freehand drawing, a vector caricature or just a simple design element, I can create the unique aspect that will make your job stand out from the competition.
